What are the payment methods?
You can pay with:

Gift Card Delivery Methods

How do I receive the gift voucher?

You choose:

- Email or WhatsApp (free and immediate*)

- Pickup at the Spa (free and immediate*)

- Sedex — with cost and delivery time according to the region

* after payment confirmation and completion of the gift recipient's details.

Do I receive the voucher by email immediately after payment?

Yes, if the gift recipient's details (name and email) are correct, the sending is immediate.

Can I schedule the sending for a future date?

No. But you can use your own email and forward it to the recipient whenever you wish.

Is it possible to cancel the voucher?

Yes! You will have a full cancellation up to 7 days after purchase.

After 7 days, special cases are individually evaluated by our Guest Relations team.

Scheduling and Voucher Usage

How does the gift recipient schedule?

Simply call any unit and provide the voucher code.

Scheduling can be done up to 90 days* after purchase, subject to availability.

*ClubSpa vouchers are valid for 1 year

Where can it be used?

At any Olimpia Spa unit (Vila Olímpia or Jardins).

Can therapies be exchanged?

Yes! Just request the exchange when scheduling.

Does everything need to be used on the same day?

No. The gift recipient can schedule treatments on different days and times, as desired.

What if the person is pregnant?

From the 4th month, with medical clearance. Inform us when scheduling to receive the best therapy recommendation.

Validity, Delay and Cancellation

What is the validity period for the Gift Voucher?

- Standard vouchers: 3 months

- Club Spa: 1 year

Need more time? You can reactivate it for another 3 months with a 20% fee.

What if there's a delay?

The session will end at the scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.

I can't make it. What now?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Without notice, the voucher amount will be considered used.
