Spa Guidelines

Check-in

We suggest that clients arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled time, so they can fully enjoy the time reserved for their treatment.
In case of delay, the treatment will end at the previously established time, so that the next client is not inconvenienced.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made via email at agendamento@olimpiaspa.com or by phone (11) 2122-4027 or WhatsApp (11) 98704-9281 or (11) 98704-9278. Without this notification, treatments will be charged in full or debited from your CLUB SPA package or Gift Voucher.

Etiquette

In consideration of other clients, we ask that cell phones or any other sound-producing devices not be used within the Spa premises. Smoking is prohibited on the Spa premises.
We suggest not bringing valuable objects to the spa, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss thereof.

Therapists

If you have a preference, you may request a specific therapist. All our therapists are female. Our professionals are trained to protect your privacy at all times.

Special Requests

Please indicate allergies or other special conditions at the time of booking, especially high blood pressure and pregnancy. Pregnant women must bring a medical certificate.

If your appointment includes an Ofuro bath or body exfoliation, we kindly ask you to bring swimwear and a pair of flip-flops!!! We provide bathrobes and towels for use within the Spa premises during treatments.

Attire

For your comfort, we offer bathrobes for treatments and massages, if necessary.
